About Me

Profile

Ronke works with individual struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Domestic Abuse, Relationship issues (including family estrangement), trauma, bereavement, spiritual, identity, or cultural issues and much more. Her counselling work with couples or families is the perfect way to open communication, through gaining a clearer understanding of what is really going on for each person.

Ronke holds a deep knowledge of how the unconscious formation through family context could conflicts the reality of social world; thereby resulting to distress. Having personally experienced different life challenges, she understands how it feels to be stuck in unpleasant situations and the relief of having psychological and emotional freedom. Her passion is to provide support to clients by empathetically listening to their stories and working collaboratively with them to look at links from their past to make sense of the present.

She adopts different strategies and techniques through her integrative approach to support individuals while exploring feelings and emotions. She also provides multi-cultural support with the understanding of cultural or religious limitations on some individuals.

Clients are supported through the process of identifying any negative behavioural patterns that could hinder individuals from achieving their true potentials, while enabling them to gain the confidence to live happy and fulfilling lives. This is done within a relaxed, informal, and confidential safe space where clients can talk freely without being judged.
