Ronke Adeyemi (MA, MBACP)
counsellor/psychotherapist
As a BACP-registered therapist with Master’s-level training, I specialise in grief and loss, offering compassionate, trauma-informed online group therapy to people navigating bereavement, significant life changes, and other experiences of loss.
I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where group members can share their experiences, feel heard and understood, and connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. Grief can often feel isolating, but being alongside others can offer a powerful sense of connection, validation, and belonging.
My integrative approach recognises that every experience of grief is unique. As a group therapist, I carefully facilitate the group process, creating a respectful environment where members can explore difficult emotions, develop greater self-awareness, and learn from both the therapeutic process and the experiences of others.
Together, we can explore the impact of loss, develop healthy ways of coping, build emotional resilience, and find meaning while honouring what has been lost. My aim is to create a compassionate therapeutic community where you can feel supported, understood, and less alone as you navigate your journey through grief.
Let’s make a little
room together.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to face grief alone.
